We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $150 AUD.

Every order comes with a handy tracking number so you can follow your purchases every step of the way.

Here's the scoop on shipping:

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Be sure to double-check your inbox (including spam) to make sure you don't miss it!
  • Dispatching Your Order: We work hard to get your cat supplies on their way quickly! We typically dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days.
  • Oops! Wrong Address?: We understand mistakes happen. If you notice an error in your shipping address, shoot us an email with "URGENT" in the subject line as soon as possible. We'll do our best to fix it before your order ships out. However, please note that we cannot offer compensation for packages undelivered due to incorrect addresses.
  • Tracking Your Treats: We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your goodies are on the move. Tracking information may take 2-4 days to update, so don't worry if it doesn't appear right away.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: Here's a peek at how long your product might take to arrive (depending on your location):

Lost or Stolen Orders:

While rare, sometimes packages can go missing. We can't take responsibility for lost or stolen items confirmed as delivered by the courier.
